Salary : £10.58/hour

This is an ideal opportunity for you to join a hugely successful company on a part-time basis as an administrator.
You will be taking ownership of your work, assisting the Office Manager with the following:
* Assisting with inputting and sorting information on Excel
* Ensuring all information and databases are kept up to date
* Data entry
* Issuing reminder letters to clients
* Facilities support
* Scanning and filing
* General administration
Key attributes required:
* Previous administration experience (1-2 years minimum)
* Positive and 'can do' attitude
* Intermediate Excel skills to be able to edit information, filter columns, transfer information from a database, and basic knowledge of Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
* Proactive approach
Working hours would be Monday to Friday, 10am-3pm (25 hours per week).
This role will be on a temporary basis initially, but could develop into a long term position.
Due to company location, own transport will be essential. There is on site parking available.
