Paraplanner / Administrator

Salary : £26000 – £30000/annum £26-30k +bens
My client is a small Independent Financial Advisory firm based in the North Leeds areas, between Leeds and Harrogate, providing individual and businesses with Financial Planning solutions across Investments, Pensions and on the Corporate side, Employee Benefits, Corporate Protection and Finance.
We are urgently seeking a 4th person to join a small team of hybrid Paraplanner / Administrators, who are collectively supporting the Financial Advisers of the business with day to day Administrative tasks, Product Research and Report Writing.
Specifically you'll be responsible for:
Producing suitability reports for new business and writing client review letters
Investment and product research
Putting together client review packs
Processing new business
Investment switches/withdrawals/top ups etc
Using 3rd party software packages i.e. Dynamic Planner, Adviser Asset, Defaqto etc
Using product provider platforms
Diary management, LOA’s etc
Dealing with clients by email and telephone
Ideally we would be seeking an experienced IFA Administrator / Paraplanner for this hybrid position with around 3+ years experience. You must have experience of Suitability Report Writing & Product Research. If you have any qualifications related to Financial Planning, these would be advantageous but not specifically necessary, as experience is the most important factor for this position, although my client will support those with further studies if required.
