Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing business, based on the outskirts of Colchester – they are looking to add a 'Paid Social Media Manager' to their well-regarded and industry leading team.

With Facebook and Instagram Ads experience, you will be a super-organised, enthusiastic and creative individual.
You will be able to use your initiative, happily working on your own and as part of our team. You must have experience in devising and managing Paid Social Media campaigns and possess a passion for social media and all things digital.
Can you think on your feet? manage your time effectively? You will have a hunger to lead and be a confident presenter and communicator.

Key duties include:
Own all Paid Social marketing across our portfolio of clients
Work with the wider team to best spend acquisition budget and optimise CPA
Continuously improve performance via a structured test and learn approach
Work closely with internal teams to optimise the customer journey
Feedback to design teams to create best performing ad creatives
Ambitiously test and trial new acquisition channels (Pinterest, TikTok, etc) and products that will benefit clients
Grow relationship with Facebook as a Marketing Partner
Devise new, fresh ideas on processes and products

Key experience required:
Facebook Ads campaign management experience
A passion for digital marketing, an interest in technology, a thirst for knowledge and a creative mind
Computer literacy (especially MS Office)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a confident video call manner
An excellent understanding of Social Media as an advertising platform, particularly Facebook and Instagram
Happy to work individually and as part of a team
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
A keen interest in social media marketing and ambition to continually learn
