Salary : £28000 – £35000/annum

A food distributor company is super busy, there are lots of plans for expansion, so they are looking to take a PA on-board to support the MD with numerous projects.

LOCATION – Argyll, Scotland.

SALARY – £28-35k

HOURS OF WORK – Full time position. 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, weekends on occasion when needed.

HOLIDAY – 28 days

JOB ACTIVITIES

Supporting the team with administrative tasks if and when needed
Supporting the office with the day-to-day running, learning the export procedures
Pick up office manager's duties when they're away
Supporting the MD
Researching information before meetings
Preparing and supporting the MD for the meetings
Supporting the MD on all new projects (research, presentations, etc)

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Previous experience working as a PA/EA would be ideal
Experience in general administrative and office experience – essential
Experience of working within exports and the transport industry – desirable
Computer literate, competent in usage of Microsoft packages, specifically Excel and Word, good typing skills
Knowledge and experience of financial processes and using Sage software – desirable
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced office environment, multitask
