Prestige Recruitment Specialists are working on an exclusive basis with our Client for the role of Order Fulfilment Administrator.

The purpose of the role is to administer and support an efficient process to provide seamless tracking of customer orders and deal with issues throughout the customer journey. You will be responding to and making contact with customer via telephone, E mail, SMS and online portals.

About you;

* Educated to GCSE level (including Math's and English)

* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise – essential

* Self-motivated

* Preferable account management experience

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Excellent attention to detail

* High standard of written and verbal communication

* Good IT skills

You may have years of experience in a Sales admin, a recent graduate or from retail – this could all count, but what we are looking for is that you are able to establish rapport and be able to handle people in difficult situations.

Hours are Monday to Friday based – 39.5 hours per week.

Salary £19500 per annum
