Currently operating out of just the one location soon to be two!
About the Job
You will manage and drive a dedicated team to deliver the highest level of production to fulfil the daily plan. Needless to say, you will be responsible for KPI's and OEE of the operational process whilst delivering on 5s, Hygiene and H&S standards. You play a key role in the future success. The role will begin immediately, based at their current site, before moving to our second site (still in London) by the end of 2021 to support the install, commissioning, growing trials and ramp up of the new operations
The Ideal Candidate
It is essential that you a manager with a proven track record of Produciton / Operations within a fast paced, short shelf-life food environment, knowledge of lean methods and come with a flexible, positive and proactive approach.
It is also highly desirable that you come with some sort of project management and or experience of bedding in new machinery or new equipment.
