My client is currently recruiting for a Full Time Operations Administrator where you will work as part of a busy team, performing administrative duties within an office setting.
You will be responsible for ensuring documentation and the company’s database is up to date and accurate. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and well-presented person with good time keeping skills, who enjoys working as part of a team.
This Admin role is Full Time Monday to Sunday £9.29 per hour 40 hours a week. Excellent working environment and facilities.
Responsibilities:
* To undertake accurate and efficient data entry using the company’s in-house systems
* Acquiring the necessary information –via the Internet, email and over the phone – and then entering this information into the company’s system
* Carry out scanning of documents to company specification
* Upload documents to be displayed on the company’s website
* Take pride and responsibility for your own appearance as well as the appearance and organisation of the site in which you work
* Complete all tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
* Dealing with Customer enquiries working with the Call Centre Team
The ideal candidate will need:
* Good communicative skills (oral and written) with confidence to speak to external parties over the phone
* To demonstrate excellent attention to detail, with the ability to concentrate for long periods of time
* Strong organisational skills
* Honesty and integrity
* To have a flexible approach to work that is focused on “getting the job done”
* To act proactively to add value and follows up to ensure problems remain solved.
* The ability to work proactively on an individual basis as well as being a team player
* Effective time management skills and flexibility in working patterns
* Proficient computer skills and be literate and numerate
* Able to work a day at the weekend, which is granted with a day of in the week as well as one day of at the weekend.
