Office Manager – Cambridge – £35,000+

Office manager is required to join a technology design and engineering company in Central Cambridge. You must have relevant experience as well as exceptional attention to detail to join this leading technology company. This is a permanent opportunity paying up to £35,000.

As an office manager you must have experience in:

* Administration/ Secretarial Experience

* Office Management Experience

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Performance Measurements of an office manager include;

* The management team receive excellent secretarial/administrative support

* The office runs smoothly and is tidy with equipment and furniture in good working order

* Shopping, ordering office supply’s and post/sending items via FedEx is dealt with efficiently

Character attributes of the office manager;

* Reliable with exceptional attendance and timekeeping

* Cheerful with a ‘can do’ attitude

* Willing to help and assist colleagues whenever possible

* Works proactively to assist colleagues and spot areas for improvement

Main responsibilities as a Office Manager include;

* Provide secretarial support to the Managing Director and Chairman

* Provide ad hoc administrative support to the management team

* Assist head of HR with confidential HR and recruitment administration.

* Assist the accounts department with data entry

* Dealing with maintenance issues and booking contractors

* General running of the offices.
