An Office Manager is required for a growing, dynamic company based in Stafford.

Previous office-based, secretarial or customer-facing work experience is essential.
The main duties & responsibilities for the role include:
• Answer the phone
• General cleanliness of the office
• Sign visitors in and out of the office
• Explain fire procedures and COVID-19 restrictions to visitors
• Manage meeting room events
• Order office equipment when required
• Ensure office equipment is maintained and in adequate condition
• Ensure office health and safety systems are compliant
• Check mail, scan and upload on system or distribute as necessary
• Provide minute taking for operations and managers meetings (or others as deemed necessary)
• Provide input for KPI (weekly and monthly)
• Assist with any actions within meetings
• Chase outstanding actions before next meetings.
• Chase action owners
• Manage meeting rooms and hot desks
• Assist with the production of any new policy’s, processes and procedures
• Monitor staff training records and review staff training
• Monitor home SharePoint files to ensure compliant methods of working
• Manage purchase request process
• Any other reasonable request made by the line managers if necessary to meet the needs of the business.
