Key Responsibilities:
* Office Management: Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment, including managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
* HR Support: Assist in HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and supporting HR processes, while collaborating closely with our HR team based in the Netherlands.
* Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the office by distributing memos, emails, and other relevant information to the team.
* Event Coordination: Help plan and organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities to foster a positive work culture.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling incoming enquiries.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office management role.
* Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Basic understanding of HR processes and willingness to learn.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
