Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £14000 – £16000/annum

Office Manager required for an exciting media company near Warwick

Hours are 25 per week (9.30am – 2.30pm, could be flexible), over 5 days per week

– £14,000 to £16,000 for 25 hours –

Previous office manager experience is a must, although a project manager or experienced administrator will also be considered.

Diary management and scheduling is a strength the company are looking for

Qualifications and skills needed:-

Some basic knowledge of accounts and an accounts software package

Basic Excel skills

Microsoft programs, good email ability

Helping other employees manage their time

Purchasing and booking experience

Apple Mac experience also useful
