Salary : £21000 – £23000/annum

One of the leading letting agents in Southampton is now recruiting an Office Coordinator to join the team. The successful candidate will be joining a professional and friendly team that manages over 200 residential properties.
The Role
The role involves assisting in the management of 200 properties located in Southampton and being responsible for assisting in the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Daily Duties
* Greeting office visitors
* Answering the phone & email enquiries promptly
* Registering & pre-vetting tenants
* Booking viewing appointments
* Arranging property inspections
* Taking property deposits
* Creating tenancy agreements
* Filing tenancy documents
* Conducting check-in / out appointments
* Assisting with viewing appointments during busy periods
Key Skills Required
* A minimum of 2 years of office admin experience
* Previous property experience would be highly beneficial, although not essential
* Hard-working and organised
* Ability to keep highly accurate records
* Good face to face communicator and ability to write professional correspondents
