Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £8.91/hour

Our Lincoln based client is looking for someone to help with administration duties within their office.

The main responsibilities will be to answer incoming calls from clients and customers, taking details for quotes, general filing, running the Ebay site and updating the website with new products available, creating invoicing and using Sage.

Essential skills:

– Previous office administration experience

– Experience building relationships with clients

– Confident when speaking on the phone and face to face

– Sage accounting experience

– Ebay selling site experience

– Must have an interest in Motor Sport/Mechanics/Engineering

The main working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm but you may be asked to work overtime during busy periods. This role would be temporary to permanent for the right candidate as our client will provide initial training to get you up to speed.
