We are a haulage firm seeking to recruit a suitable person in this dual role within our company
The Office Administrator/Warehouse Operative Role
* Daily use of Sage accounting system
* Communicating with both Customers and Suppliers in connection with the company’s account
* Accurately inputting purchase invoices received onto the Sage accounting system.
* Entering supplier payment details onto Sage and reconcile to purchase invoice received
* Creating Sales Invoices on the Sage accounting system. and issue to our customer
* Entering customer payments received onto Sage and reconcile to sale invoice issued.
* Managing the aged debtor and creditor report
* Assist with the preparation of the quarterly VAT Return
* Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
* Ensure all processes and documentation are accurate for all in-coming and out-going deliveries
* Other general office duties
Office Administrator/Warehouse Operative Qualifications/Skills
* A Good working Knowledge of Sage (Desirable and training will be provided)
* Forklift licence (Desirable and training will be provided)
* Ability to work with others
