The Role
• As Office Administrator you will provide business administrative support to our operational business.
• You will manage their diary appointments, arrange and co-ordinate meetings with staff and contractors.
·You will create and update records and databases working with confidential personal and financial information.
·You will prepare and amend employee documents as directed.
·You will prepare and amend documents detailing Health and Safety information.
·The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, and a practical working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, in particular strong Excel skills.
·You will assist other administrative colleagues whenever necessary and work as a positive team.
The Ideal Candidate
·The ideal candidate will already be working in a similar administrative support role, ideally in an operational business such as logistics or construction or manufacturing or waste management.
·The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills.
·You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·The ideal candidate will have a positive, cheery and can do personality and attitude.
·Our client is open to industry sectors, waste management, construction, manufacturing or logistics would be ideal industries to have this type of administration support experience
