Office Administrator

Location: Stroud

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Salary: £20,000 per annum plus £250 cost of living payments until March 2023

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering calls efficiently and directing enquiries appropriately

* Checking suppliers have orders and requesting order acknowledgements

* Track orders due in, liaising with suppliers on a regular basis for updates and information and chasing late or no show deliveries on a daily basis

* Purchasing/Sales related reporting and administration as required.

* Regular liaison with suppliers, stores and internal teams.

* General office duties as required e.g Filing/photocopying

Key Skills:

* Excellent telephone manner – polite, professional and courteous at all times

* Confident dealing with customers and demonstrates good customer service skills

* Organised, punctual and reliable

* Good Interpersonal skills with some office experience

* Able to prioritise and multitask

* Professional attitude and appearance

* Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite including excel.

* Some experience of purchasing with an interest in procurement is desirable
