Our Client in Corby is looking for an Office Administrator.

Monday-Friday

09:00-15:00

£12 an hour

Providing administrative support for all warehouse day to day functions. Managing customer day to day queries, pick requirements and stock rotation. Providing any documentation required to support the operation. Dealing with all collection and delivery requirements.

Duties to include but not limited to:

* Capture daily production numbers by client for weekly reporting

* Produce daily despatch/delivery documentation

* Produce pallet labels as required

* Liaise with warehouse manager for any other administrative support

* Support with any other information required for client invoicing

* Document functional processes, managing updates and versions where relevant

* Booking transport requirements and updating inbound/outbound calendar

* Liaise with customer and responding to any product or customer queries

* Liaise with warehouse team leader to identify and report non-moving stock

* Capture inbound deliveries

* Receive and manage all collection requests

* Research best carrier prices where relevant

* Liaise with any off-site storage facilities/partners for stock movement in and out

* Produce despatch labels

* Support with any other adhoc administrative support as and when required

* Share ideas and observations for discussion to improve, productivity, efficiency and costs

* Entering some data on to WMS
