Hunter Global are actively recruiting for a Office Administrator to be based at our client site in the Kings Lynn Area on a Permanent Contract. The list below is an indication of the job role, and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
General office duties:
* Processing orders via excel
* Raw material stock control and monitoring
* Processing and scheduling of customer orders and Logistics
* Dealing with Internal and External Customer queries
* General Administration such as but not limited to Filing, Emails, Call taking, Data Entry, Spreadsheet completion and reporting.
* Assisting with Marketing including following up on web sales enquiries
* Reception duties
* Management of CRM Systems and Sales Reports
* Ordering Lunches
* Post in/ out
Person Requirements –
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Good telephone manner
* Must have excellent IT experience knowledge / skills in – MS Excel (ideally intermediate / or advanced level) and MS Word
* Working knowledge of Navision is advantageous however not essential.
Hours are 30 hours per week (8:00am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday)
