Salary : £19000 – £24000/annum

Our client has opened a new innovative site in Ross on Wye and is looking for an Administrator to join their team.
Based on site, your duties will include:-
* Answering calls, directing them to the correct person/department
* Greeting customers who come onto site, ensuring they are signed in
* Assisting the Management team with administration tasks
* Handling the incoming/outgoing post
* Dealing with permits
* Supporting other sites
* Assisting the Management in setting up administrative processes
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
* Previous administration experiene
* Experience and confidence in working on Microsoft Office
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
* A pleasent telephone manner
The core hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8.30-5pm
