Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £17000 – £20000/annum

Our Client is looking to expand their busy Team based in Nottingham.
The role will involve:
Liaising with Insurance Brokers to find the best deal for Insurance cover
Discussing & arranging insurance cover
Negotiating policy terms & costs through specialised systems
Entering & transmitting information by accessing insurer quote systems
Providing product/service information by answering questions/offering assistance
Enhancing the organisation's reputation by offering great customer care
Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
You will have:
Confident telephone skills, reliability and like dealing with people positively & politely
Good reading & writing skills
Strong grammar and spelling
Competent keyboard and data entry skills
Good communication
An ability to work individually and as part of a team
Accuracy and attention to detail
