The Company:
Our client is a vibrant European business specialized in Transport & Logistics.
Main duties:
Contribute in assisting administrative duties and overall Office support such as entering orders and keeping the company's computer system up-to-date.
The Role:
– Creating orders on company's computer system
– Filing and general help around the office updating files
– Processing & updating customer information on the company's IT system
– Supporting general management and day-to-day activities
– Contributing to administrative support
– Undertaking any other duties as required
The Candidate:
– Fluent English (both written and spoken)
– Additional fluency in either of the following languages
advantageous : French, Italian, Spanish or German
– Computer literate – MS office
– Oganised with good admin skills
– Excellent communication skills
– A dynamic personality and a team player
– Must drive given location
Salary: Starting salary up to £19,000
