Location: Wokingham area
Salary: Basic £30,000/annum + commission of a very realistic £15,000+

ABOUT YOU:
You will be someone who is…
* Who has experience as a Mortgage Advisor
* Motivated & driven to progress. You’re keen to develop your skills and move up within the company
* Sales minded with good client service skills – You’re driven by personal performance whilst wanting to give your clients the best possible service
* Excellent at managing your own workload at the same time as being able to work well within a team – You are self-reliant and confident
* Excellent at building and maintaining relationships – You are influential and well liked and demonstrate integrity
* Excellent at communicating with clients – You are good at explaining a situation in a clear and precise manner
And you will have…
* Pride in your work and the results you generate
* The skills to listen well and ask relevant, probing questions whilst keeping a conversation informative and interesting
* The ability, confidence and attitude to get things done quickly and accurately with your own intuition
* The ability to work effectively under pressure
* A genuine interest in helping your clients and a desire to always secure the best outcome for them
* CeMap 1, 2 and 3 qualification
* Competent Mortgage Advisor status with a minimum of 1 year's on the job experience
