£28k + (Rising to £32k) a bonus of 20%. Paid each month from day 1! You will be given the opportunity to gain CAS status and once signed off the bonus will increase to 40% . A generous benefits package is also offered. Opportunity to progress through salary bandings up-to 4 times a year!
A Continued Performance Reward scheme for their advisors which gives you the opportunity to earn up to a further £5500 across a 6 month period, giving you the opportunity to earn another £11,000 a year!

Based in Leeds with remote agile working
What your day may look like as a Mortgage Adviser;
* Establishing contact with potential clients and providing Mortgage advice in line with each individual’s objectives and circumstances
* Providing clients with comprehensive recommendation packs, including KFIs and in line with the company’s best practice.
* Proactive contact with clients, making best use of the leads available at all times
* Meeting targets and promoting Age Partnership
* Cooperating with the Compliance Manager to develop a compliant approach to commercial activity
* Contacting clients upon receipt of Mortgage offer and communicating the outcome of property valuations where determined by the company’s designated process
* Developing appropriate relationships with lenders
* Ensuring that competence to provide advice is maintained and a programme of CPD is undertaken and documented
* To attend training courses when arranged, and read relevant material as distributed by colleagues
* To undergo further training and qualifications as and when required
What do we require as a Mortgage Adviser?
* Minimum 12 months experience in either panel or Whole of Market Mortgage Advising.
* The ability to work on individual initiative whilst fitting in to a vibrant and enthusiastic team environment
* Evidence of sustained performance and compliant practice
* A caring and empathetic approach
* Experience of telephone-based mortgage advice
* Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) (or equivalent)
