Salary; basic salary up to £32,480 (+ commission) with a realistic OTE of £55,000.
Location; Manchester City Centre
Hours; 32 hours per week over a 4 day working week, no weekend work. (Once passed training)
What you will be doing as a Mortgage Adviser;
* Deliver excellent customer service through an in-depth exploration of our customer needs and circumstances offering a recommendation best suited to them.
* Observe regulatory and ethical standards in line with SMCR.
* Demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures.
* Achieve agreed service levels and KPI’S.
* Operate in accordance with the regulatory requirements as applied by the Company’s responsible lending and underwriting policies.
* Management of leads via multi channels.
You’ll be target driven and enjoy operating in a fast-paced environment, all the while making sure the customers best interests are at the heart of what we do.
What do we require from you as a Mortgage Adviser?
* FULLY CeMAP
* At least 3 months service within the business (candidates are not required to have completed probation).
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong communication skills
* Great decision-making skills
* An evidenced track record for hitting targets
