Salary : £23000 – £25000/annum + Bonus + Company Vehicle

Due to the overall quality of our S..M.A.R.T ( Small to Medium Area Repair Technique) offering , our company is gaining significant levels of customer acceptance and recognition by many sectors of the automotive industry, ranging from vehicle manufacturers, PLC dealer groups, local dealers and traders as well as independent used car supermarkets, de-fleeting organizations and most recently, national automotive high street brands as the S.M.A.R.T Repair concept is marketed to the consumer like never before.
Due to increased demand, we are now looking to recruit a Mobile Alloy Wheel SMART Repair technician You will be working ideally on a self-employed basis or a PAYE Basis , ideally living in the Kent region, preferably Dartford and/or Maidstone and surrounding areas.
Suitable applicants would have a bodyshop/paint and/or wheel repair background, be based from your home address in or near Dartford or Maidstone and willing to travel to carry out wheel repairs as scheduled by our bookings team to our customers and dealer partners in the area.
A fully equipped company van will be supplied along with on the job training ( if needed) to achieve our exacting standards. You’ll be in the possession of a full clean driving license, and your hours of work vary depending on the work however, they will fall within the hours of 8.00am to 6.00 pm Monday – Friday
Previous alloy wheel refurbishment experience is preferred but on the job training could be provided for the right individual.
To start, you will have either a self-employed package to suit OR a PAYE /Salaried position – multiple packages avaiable and all are eligible for a bonus scheme with a view to becoming a fully Mobile Alloy Wheel SMART Repair Technician. On Target Earnings circa £40,000-£60,000 per annum once fully trained and established.
