Shift: Monday-Friday Days, Every other Saturday
Salary: £38,000-£45,000
A role for a Mobile Plant Workshop Fitter in an Industrial Plant in Hertfordshire. This is a great role a plant fitter who has experience working on 8 to 18t Loading Shovels, 360 excavators to counterbalance forklifts and cherry pickers, they have brands such as Caterpillars, JCB’s and Liebherr on site too. In this role you will have a major part in impacting the running of the site. Day to day you will be carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown repairs on the Mobile plant operating, carrying out fault diagnostics and repairs on mobile plant equipment, carrying out safety inspections etcSkills required for the Mechanical Workshop Engineer Engineer. In this Days position you will be expected to work 6am- 4pm. They are looking for this Fitter to join their team ASAP
Skills required for the Mobile Plant Workshop Fitter:
Experienced working on; 360 excavators, loading shovels, counterbalance forklifts etc
Happy to work in a heavy environment, and ideally have experience working in a industrial setting; Brick, concrete, cement, quarry, waste, recycling, demolition, heavy industrial
Maintaining all plant, servicing inspections, Breakdowns and repairs.
Carry out Plant safety inspections in line with group fleet policy
Confidently to work on mechanical faults, Pneumatic Welding, Hydraulics, Electrical systems, Fabricating
