Job Role:
You will be required to work Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
The role of a Mobile Maintenance Engineer is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to electrical & mechanical services. Additionally the engineer will be expected to assist other trades as directed by the operations supervisor.
Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on electrical and some mechanical building services (fire alarms, lighting testing, lighting repairs, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness.
Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to;
·Emergency lighting
·General maintenance
Skills Required:
The successful candidate must have:
·With at least 3 years experience in building services
·Full UK CLEAN Driving Licence
·City & Guilds Mechanical
