Marketing Coordinator – Ringwood BH24 – Salary £25k
Our client is a market leader in their field, and they are looking for an experienced marketing coordinator. Do you want to work for an innovative and versatile industrial company based in Ringwood that designs, develops and produces in-house offering a competitive salary?
We are seeking an energetic individual with the drive and commitment to see marketing projects through to successful completion. Coordinating marketing activities nationwide will also incur some travel (mostly UK) to support marketing activities in person.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate company events, trade shows & promotional activity.
Organise & coordinate facilities as required for events & activities.
Coordinate factory visits to Italian HQ
Manage all related bookings for travel & accommodation.
Liaise with advertising suppliers & place advertising
Support the Sales dept. With requests for marketing materials
Manage press release schedules, draft & proof press releases.
Proofread sales & marketing documents.
Coordinate internal & external official MUK communications.
Responsible for social media channels & content management
CRM key user – Maintaining and ensuring upkeep of CRM databases.
