Our client develops and sells software tools, infrastructure and services for the media production and broadcast industries. We market and sell our products and services to companies such as Discovery, BBC, Warner Bros and Netflix. 
 
Our client has been delivering media and metadata integration between the likes of Apple, Avid and Adobe for nearly 20 years. Our customers range from the largest broadcasters and movie production companies to small post houses.
 
The Role
 
This is a full-time role and is based in our offices in Pangbourne, Berkshire. It requires a motivated self-starter who has good attention to detail.  The role combines marketing and inside sales functions.
 
The role is key to our customer marketing engagement and lead generation and pre-sales processes. It requires creating and managing online marketing communications, to monitor responses and proactively manage leads coming into the business.
 
The role requires good media and IT skills. Knowledge of CRM administration is important, as is managing targeted campaigns via LinkedIn or Google. The role includes managing and updating our websites and also our web monitoring systems.
 
Planning international trade shows and events and remotely managing B2B events are an important part of the role.
 
Specific responsibilities:

·        Management of the Teamdesk CRM system. Ensuring information is up to date to track the complete customer journey.
·        Lead management including following up web enquiries and engaging with resellers re pipeline opportunities.
·        Managing incoming marketing generated leads and co-ordinating with sales
·        Working with customers to renew annual support contracts.
·        Budget planning for marketing
·        Marcomms including email marketing, social media updates, you tube channel uploads. 
·        Channel Marketing with partners and resellers. Webinars, newsletter updates etc
·        Managing Events and trade shows
·        Coordinating and working with our external PR agency
 
About You
 
Required skills:

·        Good IT skills Including CRM administration
·        Website admin
·        B2B marketing experience
·        Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
 
Preferred skills:

·        Experience in the broadcast and media sector
·        Google Squared qualification or equivalent experience
·        Experience of using Adobe Photoshop is desirable
·        Marketing qualification such as CIM or equivalent experience
General:

·        Highly proficient in spoken and written English
·        Able to integrate into a small, close-knit team.
·        Able to work under own initiative
