Our client are a leading civil engineering contractor who are hugely successful in highways, infrastructure and rail. In a strong position with record turnover and profits they are recruiting a Managing QS for two enabling/highways works schemes for HS2 in the West Midlands. The MQS will support the Senior Commercial Manager and manage a team of 6 QS's. The role will be based in Birmingham. The MQS will be responsible for: . :
* People managing a team of QS's
* Financial performance of projects
* Forecasting and reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager
* Preparation of cash flow forecasts
* Assisting QS's with technical and commercial issues
