Management Accountant
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £40000/annum
Our client are a privately owned technology company, well established and with plans to accelerate their growth.
The management accountant role is a broad position covering day to day accounting and finance activities. Reporting to the Head of Finance you’ll be a key member of a small team with responsibilities focussed on
* Month-end process
* Cash Management in particular focussed on AR / aged debtors and invoicing
* Financial analysis, contributing to monthly board pack
About you
* Proactive with a 'can do' attitude
* Good commercial awareness, able and willing to add value by providing commercial challenge to colleagues and non finance stakeholders
* Ability and desire to take ownership and progress to leadership position
* Degree educated in relevant discipline
* Part-qualified (ACCA preferred)
* Proven experience as an accounting manager, finance manager or accounting supervisor
* Advanced IT skills including MS Office and accounting software
* High level of detail and accuracy
