Management Accountant

A career defining opportunity to join this truly unique Norfolk business in a brand new role. Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, and line managing the accounts assistant you will partner with budget holders to deliver first class financial insight to inform strategy and aid decision making.
The business is part of a much larger global PLC and partners as sole supply partner to another unique global organisation and as such you will be exposed to the supply partner and head office regularly. You will be reporting quarterly to both parties so need to be confident in working with senior stakeholders who will challenge and question as standard – your stakeholder management skills need to be on point.
As a new role you will have scope and scale to impact the role but will be required to
* Support budget holders in budget planning, reporting and understanding overspend
* Quarterly reforecasting and reporting to your stakeholders
* Reporting on specific costing areas including the current hot topic of resource cost
* Manage the relationship with the payroll partner and provide weekly and monthly reports to ensure your colleagues are paid on time and in full.
* Engage with the wider business to support their continuous improvement initiatives.
You will be at least part qualified and hungry for genuine opportunity and exposure within a growing, fast paced and highly innovative organisation. You will be fully supported as you transition into your role, and funding is available to support completion of your qualification, and for relocation if you are out of area.
