Maintenance Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000 – £30000/annum
We are working with Wales’ three leading luxury boutique hotels, located on the St David’s peninsula, in Pembrokeshire. Seeking an experienced Properties Manager to efficiently manage the operations of maintaining the grounds on these 3 exquisite sites all of which are within a short distance from each other.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
Accountable for the health and safety aspects of the company, complying with statutory and legal requirements for fire, hygiene, health and safety etc.
Oversee the maintenance department from the organisation of colleagues to the expenditure budget.
Ensure your team immediately and courteously respond to any guest needs in order to repair and or resolve room maintenance requests.
Attend any training courses as requested by the company.
Maintain the equipment including the company vehicle fleet, including MOT’s when required.
Develop, maintain, and implement a grounds and garden management plan.
Ensure the team are carrying out their duties to the highest standard, including maintaining high levels of presentation.
The perfect candidate:
Will hold a current IOSH qualification
Experience Health and Safety in a hotel environment
Experience of undertaking and managing various risk assessment activities.
