Maintenance & Grounds Keeper
Part time (Permanent) – 3 days per week – flexible
Salary – £10.50 per hour +
Overtime available at seasonal peaks, events and projects
Car Driver essential – Remote location

Reporting to Head Maintenance & Grounds Keeper
Grounds
Grass cutting, strimming & clipping (tractor, lawnmower etc)
Water plants weeding, thinning, re planting
Bed plant care, weeding and mulching
Cutting and laying of hedges
Trimming of verges
Dressing and enhancement of ground
Roads, parking and paths … weed control
Watering
New planting
Ecology initiatives
Maintenance
Repairing damage to jetties
Repairing damage to roads, parking & pathways
Fence repairs
Equipment repairs
Utilities repairs
Planned maintenance
Construction – general building & groundworks
Site enhancements such as creating picnic areas, installing bike stands or uprating parking areas
Development projects such as new paths, drainage, parking, concrete works
Supporting building contractors
Driving machines (digger, telehandler, dumper etc)
Painting/Maintenance to site property
Suit a flexible all-rounder looking for a busy, challenging role Outdoor work in a beautiful setting.
