Seeking an experienced Stock Data Administrator to join the Asset Management team at a Housing Association based in South London.

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE USING LIFESPAN OR KEYSTONE?

It is essential to have the system knowledge required to be considered for this position.

The ideal candidate:

* Advanced level excel

* Experience in asset database

* Some previous line management experience

* Confident/experience of working with external contractors

* Good written and verbal skills
