Lettings Administrator (See Definition) “Someone who is responsible for the organisation of a lettings department, helping with Diary management, paperwork, bills/invoices and stationery.

About the role (Where, who, what, why and When)
Where: Our Client is based in Lewisham
Who: Cannot disclose at this stage, however what we can tell you is the property company in question now has over offices worldwide in various locations and won multiple property awards with a proven track record of training and promoting their staff.
What: We are on the lookout for someone who has good organisational skills and a fair amount of knowledge about Lettings, ideally already having worked in Lettings previously.
Why: Due to someone being promoted they are now looking for someone to take their place.
When: They are looking for someone to ideally start within the Month.

* Attending daily Meetings with your manager and colleagues to talk through your day
* Going through emails daily
* Prioritising workload for the day
* Answering phone calls that come through to the office
* Sorting/arranging Paperwork for potential tenants and landlord’s
* Sorting the payment of invoices/bills
* Ordering Stationery
* Diary Management for colleagues/staff
* Staying up to date with legislations
