Part Time Private client Legal Secretary

Our client offering a complete range of legal services to business and private individuals providing a first class service to people and businesses throughout Essex. Are recruiting for an experienced Part Time Private Client Legal Secretary to join their busy private client department ideally three days per week. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday either 8.30 am to 5.00pm or 9.00 am to 5.30 pm.

The Role

* You will provide full secretarial support to the fee earner

* Using digital dictation system to produce correspondence related to private client maters

* Diary keeping

* Meeting with clients to witness execution of client’s wills/documents

* Drafting basic Wills, LPA’s and court of protection applications

* Typing of Wills, LPA’s

* Witnessing client Wills

* Knowledge of IHT forms , Estate Accounts and Grant of probate desirable

* Production of attendance notes

* Set up and administration of trusts

* Court of Protection/ Deputyship

The Candidate

* Ideally You will possess at least 1 years recent Private Client experience

* Fast and accurate typing skills including digital audio systems

* Experience with case management

* Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel ,Outlook

* Excellent communication skills and a sympathetic ear

* Strong attention to detail

* Pleasant working environment

* Free parking

* Salary £21,420 pro rata
