Salary :

Sue Ross Legal have a position available for a temporary Post Completions Administrator. This role is to start straight away and will be on an ongoing basis to assist a very busy Conveyancing team. You will be working in an award winning, regional firm of Solicitors and duties will include;

* Providing support and assistance with Post Completion duties

* Closing and archiving client files

* Handling property Deeds

* Liaising with third parties to resolve queries

* Maintaining filing systems

* Processing residual balances on client files

To be considered for this role you must be available for work immediately, have excellent administrative and communication skills gained within a law firm (ideally within Conveyancing) and have strong IT skills.
