Solicitors practice in Worthing seeks Property Litigation Solicitor (3yrs+) or CILEX – "Home Working" considered 2-3 days a week. You will be dealing with an existing caseload including including L&T and boundary disputes, possession proceedings, neighbour disputes and rent recovery matters. Any experience with business tenancy disputes or Construction litigation is an advantage. Candidates have the option to work from home (remotely) 2-3 days a week.
