Contentious Construction Lawyer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £65000/annum
My client is looking for a Contentious Construction Lawyer to join their team in Newcastle.
They are a full-service law firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne serving clients throughout the UK and further afield. They have an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality partner-led advice with exceptional personal service.
With 200 employees, they are one of the largest law firms in the North East. Their client base includes large companies, owner managed businesses, healthcare professionals, leisure operators and rural businesses.
The Role
My client is looking to recruit an experienced and established contentious construction lawyer to join their existing Construction & Engineering team and support their ambitious growth strategy.
The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with construction, engineering and energy disputes including adjudication, arbitration and litigation in the TCC and will have experience and knowledge of the major forms of contract including the JCT, NEC, FIDIC and IChemE suites.
Requirements
• 4+ years PQE
• You will be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who can work with autonomy and with minimal supervision.
