Housing Solicitor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £50000/annum
My client is hiring for a Housing Solicitor to join their growing Social Housing Department based in Widnes, Cheshire.
The ideal candidate for this role should have the following:
• A background in handling their own caseload
• Good personal skills and the ability to build a rapport and network
• Strong communication
• Enthusiastic and ambitious
• Hardworking and organised
• Excellent attention to detail
• IT competent
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance
Your Experience:
One or more of the following specialisms and / or skills:
• Landlord and Tenant.
• Advocacy.
• Civil Litigation.
• Anti social behaviour.
• Housing management.
• A background in Social Housing is essential
• Experience withing a similar role.
• Efficiently and effectively run your own caseload
• Effective use of Case Management System
