Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer
My client is seeking Conveyancing Solicitor/ Conveyancer to join their dynamic, entrepreneurial team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused start up environment, running your own conveyancing files from inception to completion. With the help of a Legal Assistant.
Duties
Possess excellent communication skills; be able to demonstrate attention to detail with sound numerical ability.
Be process focused and able to articulate that process to clients & financial advisors.
Report on the status of cases with regards to both existing & potential clients on a regular basis.
Plan & prioritise team activities towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs & sales, in particular managing personal time & productivity.
Attend & participate in industry trade events and other marketing activities.
Skills required
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in handling a full range of conveyancing files from inception to completion. With a sound technical knowledge of all conveyancing matters.
A good base of referrers who can refer conveyancing work to you.
Experience of leading, managing & developing a case load.
A pro-active approach towards conveyancing & be looking for new and innovative ways to drive the conveyancing teams forward.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A strong understanding of process techniques.
A passion for adopting new technologies that drive efficiency and transparency.
A passion for jumping in at the deep-end, and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
A curiosity about technology & innovation and how it can improve customer experience.
