LOCUM Private Client Fee Earner

Sue Ross Legal are working with a well respected, firm of Solicitors local to Barnsley who are looking to recruit a Wills and Probate Fee Earner to join their team on an ongoing Locum basis.
You will be handling a mixed caseload with an emphasis on probate work from start to finish with the support of an experienced Secretary/Assistant.
Duties will include;
* Conducting appointments and meetings with clients in the office and their own homes
* Preparing Wills and LPAs
* Advising on IHT and other tax implications
* Estate administration
To be considered for this role you will ideally be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, however this is not essential as long as you have handled your own full mixed caseload of Wills and Probate work. The role is available on an ongoing basis and our client will consider candidates who are looking for either full or part time work.
