Salary : £18000 – £27000/annum

My client is looking for two Legal Secretaries with at least 2+ years experience within Conveyancing or Private Client departments to join their team in Keynsham, Somerset.

This business wishes to appoint a full-time Legal Secretary to join their busy team to provide administrative and secretarial support to the firm's fee-earners.

The role includes but is not limited to:

Audio and copy typing using digital dictation

Diary management

Dealing with telephone calls

Person Specification

• A proven track record and recent experience

• Proven administrative skills

• Fast and accurate typing skills

• To be highly organised and self-motivated

• To be able to work under pressure and to use your own initiative
