PROPERTY LITIGATOR SOLICITOR

Salary : £35000 – £40000/annum plus bens
Clark James Insurance Recruitment currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Litigator to join the legal team of a major Insurer, this role will be part home part office based reporting into Bristol so you will need to live fairly nearby.
The role
As a Property Litigation Claims Handler, you will be managing a varied caseload of residential property disputes, including, but not limited to, boundary disputes, nuisance claims and property damage matters.
There will also be the potential to gain experience in the other areas covered by the Civil Litigation Team in relation to contract, consumer, professional negligence and inheritance disputes.
You will be taking initial instructions and providing clear and accurate legal advice. This will involve progressing claims pro-actively and in a timely manner in line with the terms of the client's legal expenses insurance policy.
What we are looking for
* Experience of handling a caseload of residential property disputes.
* Good understanding of civil litigation with experience of handling small claim and fast track litigation.
* Experience of looking after Legal Expenses Insurance-funded claims would also be desirable but is not essential.
