My Client is a multi-service law firm based in Manchester and Blackburn. They provide both commercial and client services. Exemplary customer service coupled with legal expertise is at the core of everything that they do.
They are looking for a Conveyancing Administrator to join their Conveyancing Department.
You will be:

Dealing with new enquiries including speaking to clients and providing them with a quotation
Opening new files and carrying out all the tasks in this regards including, setting the file up, updating fee earner details, contacting agents, conflict checks etc
Assisting the department with any other admin duties as and when they arise including booking appointments and meeting rooms, photocopying, scanning, taking messages, updating clients, solicitors, agents, chasing a response from solicitors, lenders, freeholders, management companies, land registry etc…Skills and experience:

The ability to run an effective diary system
Excellent customer service skills
Assertiveness and a determination to “get things done” and be a people person
Good oral communication skills
Be PC literate having a basic knowledge of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A working knowledge of PROCLAIM would be an advantage
