An fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a Legal 500 firm in their offices in County Durham.
Working for this regional law firm, alongside The Head of Family, experienced solicitors and a great team of support staff, you will handle the full range of family matters including:
– low to medium value Divorce matters while co-working on high value divorce matters with senior staff
– pre-nuptial and marital agreements
– cohabitation
– related financial matters
– private Law children and injunction applications
You would be expected to have your own case-load but also assist other team members. Full supervision and training will be provided but legal aid knowledge is essential.
About you:
– At least 1 year's experience in family law (private and/or legal aid),
– Excellent client care skills and a strong worth ethic.
– A willingness to participate in marketing/business development activities.
– Ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines
