Salary: £23,000 – £35,000
My Client is one of the top 20 Conveyancing firms in the UK and is looking for an Experienced Conveyancer to join one of their established teams, you will play a valuable part in contributing to the first-class service provided to clients and other third parties in all residential conveyancing matters, within a high-volume residential conveyancing environment.
Based in a purpose built, modern environment, with a bespoke case management system, this opportunity would be ideal for a Residential Conveyancer local to Southport, or within a commutable distance. You will work with a dedicated legal support team, and an experienced team of colleagues.
You should be able to:
Run a substantial caseload and perform a full range of tasks
Assist team members as and when required
Communicate, and build, relationships with clients and third parties in a professional and knowledgeable manner
Deliver targets for client satisfaction & completions
Manage a portfolio of live cases from circa 60 – 100 cases (dependant on level)
