This forward thinking, well established and friendly firm of Solicitors in Eastbourne, East Sussex are looking to recruit a Litigation Lawyer/Legal Executive to join their expanding and busy team. The company are growing and are looking for a candidate to join who is looking to develop a long term career within the department and wider firm.
The department provides advice across a range of contentious issues including commercial, civil and property litigation. Clients range form local business and NHW individual with claims ranging from small County Court claims to High Court matters. The firm requires a Solicitor or Legal Executive who has experience in a range of disputes, ideally the candidate will already be qualified and should be commercial and demonstrate the ability to advise a range of clients and deal with delicate and emotional situations.
