We are a busy Construction company based in Bristol. We are seeking to recruit a junior Solicitor/ Paralegal (with legal experience) to work in a supporting role assistying our existing in House Solicitor.
This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or paralegal to hone existing skills and to learn new areas of work.

Job Description
Junior supporting role to the current head of legal.
Non Contentious
1. Drafting and negotiating construction contracts
2. Analysis and advice on incoming commercial contracts
3. Employment advice & support
4. Property management (property portfolio)
5. Legal Research
6. document/file preperation
Contentious
1. Adjudication
2. Arbitration
3. Litigation (small claims, Fast Track, Multi Track & TCC claims)
Essential;
The right candidate will have experience in a legal environment and a grounding in legal concepts through degee, practical experience or other qualifications.
The position requires excellent written and oral communicxation skills with emphasis on spelling, grammer and proofreading.
Some knowledge and experience of the peractise areas will be helpful. Whilst it is not essential for the candidate to have experience in all of the practice areas, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn is.
